Mitigation of CRO Issues

On a few occasions we have been asked to assist when problems with CROs have occurred, being it quality or financial issues. We could thus serve as independent assessors / reviewers, and develop strategies for risk management and mitigation.

The objective of such assignments is typically to preserve the existing co-operation, but to minimise the risk of severe failure or damage.

It has thus also happened that we had helped in saving as much as possible of achieved outcomes, in co-operations that could not be continued.
